Programs for Parents Welcomes New Board Members

Programs for Parents is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Board Members: Erin Balkema-Leegwater, Global Director of Marketing with the medical device company, Becton Dickinson (BD); and Jeniece McClary, a Financial Advisor with Northwestern Mutual.

Ms. Balkema-Leegwater and her team are responsible for setting and driving the commercial execution strategy of key products in the markets of Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Greater China, Central and Southeast Asia, and Latin America. Prior to working at BD, she graduated with a bachelor’s degree in music from Syracuse University, and recently completed a master’s degree in business administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. She currently lives in Wyckoff, NJ with her husband, Daryl, and their 15-month-old son, Greyson.

Ms. McClary is a successful entrepreneur providing wealth management services for families and businesses. She enjoys partnering with clients to invest their profit to align with their vision and create long term financial security. She is passionate about serving her community, and throughout her long-standing career has been a trusted advisor, mentor, and advocate to many. Ms. McClary hails from the Bronx and is the proud mom to Jarred, Jourdan, Josiah, and Jaxson; “Glamma” to Aleya, and wife to Joseph.
